The Price Of Beet

I wanted this color so badly that I marched myself into Ulta and paid whatever full price was.

OPI Miami Beet. It's part of one of their 2009 summer collections.

















I forget why I wanted it so badly. It's pretty though, isn't it?

Only two coats. Could have used one more to even it out somewhat.












Maybe I wanted it because actual beets are so pretty.

They got the color exactly right!

















Inside a beet is really pretty too.
















Here it is with a ring.

I'm thinking I'll go with this for the wedding I'm attending next month. It will look eye-catching when I raise my glass for a toast.

    Thanks Olivia! That ring could not get much bigger. It cracks me up. It's so heavy it's hard to type with it on!

    I just love that shade of polish. I have it but haven't used it yet. Looks so pretty on you with the big honking ring! I really like the ring. That will look nice at a wedding. Will you be able to lift your hand with a glass and the ring on? He,he.

    Thanks Lucy! I think it's about as close to pink as I can get. I think I might break glasses and fingers when I'm clinking during the toast!
